The Crossroads was honored to help jazz guitar legend & soul-pop vocalist extraordinaire, George Benson, celebrate his birthday recently when he dropped by the Tuesday Jazz Jam for a memorable performance. Excited audience members were treated to stellar versions of songs like "Georgia on my Mind" and "On Broadway" in addition to some serious jamming on the guitar. For those that don't know, Crossroads hosts a Jazz Jam every Tuesday with NO COVER, offering live music all night, authentic New Orleans style cuisine and $2 pints. Musical greats like Stanley Jordan, Cornell Dupree, Connie Francis and many more have made appearances at the jam....... where you never know who will show up next! |
